Refund Policy

Free mock tests on the website do not require a purchase. Premium purchases, where available, are completed through the Android app rather than this website.

Google Play purchases

If you purchased through Google Play, check your order history and request a refund through Google Play's refund process. Eligibility and timing depend on the applicable store rules and your purchase. We cannot promise that a refund request will be approved.

Need help?

For help identifying an app purchase or reporting an access problem, use the developer contact details on our Google Play listing or reach us through our contact page. Please include the relevant order details privately, not in a public message.
